Sangit's new release is an upbeat, super-funky mix of Brazilian grooves, funk, pop, rock and soul. With elements of acid jazz, samba soul and funk, "Vem Vem" features a multicultural lineup of 26 musicians from Brazil, West Africa, Israel, the Middle East and beyond.
Part of Sangit's "Studio Sessions" series, the unique approach to production features musicians improvising with no headphones or backing tracks, after which Sangit stitches everything together to create an appealing song.
